VMC is looking for a Business Development Representative to join the business development team. This individual will be able to seek out new business in a variety of vertical markets while maintaining close relationships with our sister company, Volt. This position will be responsible for maintaining high client service levels on existing accounts and will also recognize additional project opportunities for additional business development and work to develop these accounts into new business.
VMC is looking for a Proposal Administrator to join the Client Solutions team. This position requires a self-motivated, multi-tasking individual to manage, research, write, edit, and compile proposals and presentations; team with internal departments to conceive, design, and develop content and maintain the proposal database and repository.
The Business Analysis function at VMC leads and participates in the pricing and operational and financial analysis of new and existing business opportunities and projects/programs. The function works in collaboration with various internal business owners within VMC. The Business Analysis Manager/Director role participates in the approval process for all significant proposals, pricing renegotiations, and project/program expenditures providing assessment to the VMC COO and VP of Finance. The role is involved in developing and cultivating a strong partnership with operational business owners. This is a high visibility role with direct impact on improvements (both financial and operational) throughout a dynamic and growing company.
